✅ SOLVED Old farm property find. Any guesses?

Anyone help me identify this. I'm guessing it's part of a snap or button or...... Found on over 100 yr. old farm. (yes I have permission) Have found a ton of old cast metal pieces from back in the day. Any help?? Thanks

I'm thinking perhaps decoration off horse harness. Perhaps colored glass was in the center hole. The bent tabs on the back means it was attached to something.

Note between the horses legs, middle of forehead and on the blinkers.
