Shine those shoes! :) Nice find pilgrim. (I typed that last sentence with a John Wayne accent)

Thanks for the info. Freetodetect, I can't wait to get out there with a detector to check out the property real good.

If it is from Fuller brush co. They were located in Sparta Wisconsin. They made lots of stuff way back then. I think it has collector value.

Defiantly a Blast from the past. It must be dry where you found the shoe brush, That type of relic doesn't last long in this Climate. trk5capt...

There was so many tin cans and other junk over it I guess that's what saved it from rotting, I had to dig a little too. I really have to watch out for broken glass and snakes in this spot. So far the snakes and me have been just as scared of each other. Only thing I'm scared of is stepping on one, I'm sure it would get me then. I was thinking of going out there with a weed eater next time.

Pilgrim looks like a pretty nice find. Congrats on that hunt. I live out in the woods, so I have a lot of area to search like that. Mostly with the snakes, not to much other junk, only close to the roads. Hmmmmm never thought about taking my weed eater. Right now I wear high top boots, just in case.
