Old Dollar Bill and documents

Kid_ Kirby,
Welcome to Treasure Net !!
There were +/- 50 different 1934 $500 bills; 1934 plain and Series A. (A few Series B and C bills were printed but never issued to the public.) The value (cost) of the bill is more dependent on its condition versus it's relative rarity.

A few years ago, the Red Book (retail values) noted the St. Louis plain (star note) had the highest value: $6,500. In EF-40 all the bills had a retail value of at least $1,000. Today's value (prices realized) may be more defined by going to Ebay and looking at "Completed Transactions".

Well, I thought it was rude. I just see a lot of smart A#% posts on here to the newbies who aren't familiar with the forum and I get tired of it. It's says nothin about it having to be a metal detection find. It doesn't have to be a metal detecting find to post here. You don't need to butt it and tell people to post in a different forum.

I have to agree with that part. I have d-bags on here messin' w/me because I posted some old concert posters in the "today's finds" forum. I found them that particular day, so that is where I posted them. Made sense to me.....
