old copper rice bowl with hand painted art work ?

found this old copper rice bowl with a nice hand painted floral pattern at the thrift shop

it looks pretty old and has chips in the finish

anybody know what country it's from? and what era?

I think it might be Chinese? it measures about 4 1/2" in diameter and about 2 1/4" high

Never could spell it, but its Chinese and called cloisonne.. Could be quite old or fairly new. Its a Chinese art form.
