Hard to tell on the George.

But the other one (Right) is Napoleon, French 1870ish Ten (I think) Centimes (You can still read LEON)

My guess: George V
Shilling or Sixpence
O Bare head of George V left
GEORGIVS V DEI GRA: BRITT: OMN: REX
R Lion standing left on shield
FID DEF IND IMP date SIXPENCE (or SHILLING)
What I see on the coin was the "D" "D" of FID DEF

Previous monarch was Edward VII (1901-1910) and while he did have coins minted with the similar reverse, I believe all his coins had him facing to the right, not the left as depicted in your coin.
