It is hard to see the picture because it is blurry, if it is from the 1861 p mint mark it can be worth 30 dollars in bad condition to 5500 dollars in mint condition retail value. If you post more clear pictures I might be able to give you a better idea of value.

Let me see what I can do tomorrow with a better camera I also have a Baldwin co California gold ten dollar coin I'm not sure of value I believe its a token. But 1850 date I believe will repost some pics tomorrow. Thanks for your reply. Stay tuned

Typical replica struck as a souvenir, worth, unfortunately, zero in numismatic value-- IMO.
See #3 here and note the similarities, especially the lack of top loops in the ribbon at the base of the shield.

He always beats me to it. Mackaydon is correct the original 1861 confederate half there is only 4 known in existence. You can tell by the poor strike that it isn't a restrike either, for they did produce about 500 restrikes of that coin struck in 1879 by a coin dealer by the name of J.W. Scott out of New York.
