Old coin from my granddad's coin collection

Hey y'all. My grandfather passed away 26 years ago. When I was still a boy he gave me his coin collection. There was always one coin he could never identify. Most of them were 19th and 20th century. We could never pinpoint this one though. Thought I'd put it up here and see if anyone might know what it is. Thanks in advance for the help.
