Old Carved Spoon

Hi and thank you in advance for your help. I am trying to figure out this carved wood spoon. I have had it in my possession for around 5 years. This came from a flea market in Kentucky. I thought it was cool and old. It is 8.5 inches. Has a carved flower at top(not sure type of flower) and the bowl is heart shape. Shows wear on bowl from usage?

Your carved spoon looks to made of either oak, hickory or ash Chad.
I think you should research what the flower represented on the top symbolizes.
Someone took the time to carve this for a specific reason or interest.

Date wise based on the style, I'm thinking 1920s or 30s, possibly Germanic.
