old button...not, but what is the other thing, clock?

found a few neat items, the button's back is gone, not sure of age.(ok,blazer button) also, I think the other thing is a clock maybe.(has a screw thread at the top) the lincoln suspender snap was a few feet away from the button, so maybe is not that old. thanks for looking.

The button face is from a blazer coat button, or a sweater or something.

i have seen this set up on the gauge before, just having CRS just now.
it could be a pressure gauge.
not enough gears to be a watch. it does appear in the photos that some of the orignal face remains under that deterioration. about 7 oclock position?
