Old button ID????????

I found this button during the fall last year and did not look at it until now. I have not be able to find any thing about it. I have no button books that list this type of button. Can anyone ID this button? Its a flat button and says Double Guilt with some flowers or a wreath on the back. Any help will be appreciated.
