I actually found this in the late 90's early 2000's..

Not Really sure about it's history, Can anybody tell me more about this.

It was found in Capitol hill -Denver, Colorado.

Looks like a Spencer cartridge.

Yeah, ended up posting on another forum. Some people were saying .56 spencer -Thanks for the reply.
