The bullet is Civil War era. Hair clip, I'm guessing, is late 19th C.

It looks to be a .44 cal colt. Here in Chattanooga one of our hospitals is named after Baroness Erlinger.

The silver piece is u.s. manufacture ca 1890-1910. These were usually mounted on something such as a leather wallet or box. Without seeing the prongs on the back it is hard to tell.

The silver piece looks to be late Victorian. Could you post a pic of the back?
