I found all these buckles at the same old site in MA. But this weird curved one has me stumped. It appears to be brass with silver plating (they all appear to have silver plating) It measures 2 inches long by 1 inch wide. It also looks formed like this and not bent or run-over...although there is one small dent. A lot of horseshoe type of stuff found here so I was thinking horse related? Anyone have a guess what type of buckle it is and how old it might be? Thanks!!!
