.....old broach i think hair because pin on back is flat on the end not sharp like a needle found in a yard house built 1790 but im thinking victorian era.

I do beleave now after research it.s 1900 to 1930..brooch. The bead.s i think are celluloid type of early plastic

IMO... what you have found is called a hair clip... AKA... "barrette".
