Found this at an old home site while MD'ing. Going by the curved shape my first guess was some tilling tool, but brass wouldn't last doing that job. Maybe a scraper of some sort?? It looks to be hand forged.
Any info is appreciated.

When I first saw it I was going to say buggy step, then I saw the size. I'll go with stirrup.
