Like the bottles & old doll head! Doll's face seems in good shape despite being underground. Possibly her body was cloth so didn't hold up. Andi

These was were dug at 10th and grand DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES .. THE TURNED BOTTLE has the same address on it from were it was dug , funny it never traveled far .

Thanks for closeup of the owl bottle -- really cool bottle.

I realize a disembodied doll head is creepy to dig up, but the turn-of-the-century German dolls were of the best quality of any made in Europe or USA. They usually had real-hair wigs and very elaborate dresses, hats, and shoes all in high fashion. Any little girl was lucky to be given one as most families couldn't afford them. Andi

It being intact after it was dug by a tractor with forklift forks , it fell thru them and never broke or chiped , and 100 yrs old 1904.
