Old bottle and some coins

Today hit a old school and my in-laws house. I got a really cool bottle about a foot down and it had a screw cap on it. Its in great shape. Bottle says federal law forbids sale or reuse of this bottle. Anyone have more info on this bottle?? Hit the old school and landed 19 wheats that i cleaned 35 quarters 16 dimes 4 nickels 29 pennies I was in search of silver but all quarters and dimes were 65-66-67-69s lol

Does it remove the "toast"/ corrosion off of them?

Your half pint flask is post Prohibition. The "Federal Law Forbids" language was mandated on liquor containers 1935-1964.
