I've been online since '83 with Compuserve and BBS's. On the Internet since 1990.
At that time I was also an avid homebrewer.
Sometime late '92 or '93 I downloaded a compilation of beer recipes. I no longer have the computer file, but I did print out the recipes at the time. While unpacking boxes here I found the hard copies, missing 33 recipes from the front, and probably some from the end. But there are 134 recipes total.
The reason I'm posting this is that perhaps this is the only surviving copy and should be recorded somewhere. I wish to thank TH and the Tnet admin for creating this forum and allowing this archival.
Additionally, the recipes authors names are given, and whoever put this "book" together, they should be given full credit and appreciation. It is not my desire to infringe on any copyrighted material. Since I'm missing a lot of info front and perhaps back, I have no idea whether it was or not.
The latest recipe I saw was from late '92.
I'll post the first page I have here for review in case anyone sees any objection to this upload.

This is by chapter:
Chapter 1 is Pale Ale - 25 recipes (33 recipes missing from front)
Chapter 2 is Lager - 29 recipes
Chapter 3 is Wheat - 20 recipes
Chapter 4 is Steam Smoked Sour Mash - 13 recipes
Chapter 5 is Stout & Porter - 47 recipes (This appears incomplete, so I have no idea what is missing from the end here)
I hope someone finds these useful
