Found this heavy silver religious pendant in an area of woods where I have found Civil War 3-ringers and Barber dimes in Rhode Island. It is not marked (i.e., 925,Sterling) but tests very nicely for silver. I know it's a pendant, but any idea of its age or history? Homemade? It's different. Thank you.

I'd say its Saint Christopher patron saint of travel. 
He generally is portrayed as a man carrying a child. 
The design looks kinda old, hard to tell age maybe custom piece ??
