old 18th/19thcentury homesite find (southern states) US

soft metal approx 1.250" tall.. not sure if this is a childs toy or gamepiece.
any clues?

kind of looks like a piece from a doll house, so I'd say toy piece

I will stick with my first thoughts other than its more likely Lead-alloy.
