Detector(s) used
Minelab SD2200D (Modded)/ Whites GMT 24k / Fisher FX-3 / Fisher Gold Bug II / Fisher Gemini / Schiebel MIMID / Falcon MD-20
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
I will add pictures when I get home from work. If you pay the asking price ($550), then I will ship to the lower 48 states for free. Anything less, then actual shipping charges apply. The reason I am listing this so inexpensively is because I am not including a power supply. I made a custom 7.4v power supply/amplifier/headphone jack, and I only have one (which I need for my primary).

Power Cords:
Coiltek Heavy Duty Power Cords - Rob's Detectors - Gold Nugget Hunting

Complete Coiltek LiIon Power Supply
Coiltek Li-Ion Battery

Coiltek 7.3v upgrade replacement:

These don't come up for sale very often, so don't miss your chance! I am giving my Treasurenet friends a jump on this before I put it on Ebay (I will put it on Ebay Sunday Morning sometime). This is my backup SD2000 (not my modified one). This one is bone stock like it came from Minelab. This has been my backup for a long time. It is very well cared for. The only thing is that I added a little Flat Desert Tan Camo Paint to the factory green. I camo all my detectors. There are zero dents in the case, rods, or coil.

What you will get:
  • SD2000 Detector
  • Upper, middle, and Lower Rods
  • 11 inch DD Coil and Cover
  • A Boomerang Bungy System
  • ABSOLUTELY ZERO corrosion on any contacts
  • Coil wire nice (not cracked or bent)
  • All knobs present and working as they should
  • Switches working perfectly
  • Even the soft foam hand grip is original and nice (shows it didn't get a lot of use)
  • Basically, what you will see in the pics when I post them is what you will get.

What you won't get:
  • Power supply. I made a custom 7.4 volt system, and I only have one. It uses 7.4v LiPo (lithium polymer) RC Helicopter Batteries (the SD2000 has been tested to 7.8v with no overheating or screaming). The factory setup can be found for about $50-$75 used, and if you want the best, the higher tech battery systems can be bought anywhere from $250 to around $500.
  • Sheepskin armrest pad (I don't think you would want a 17 year old piece of sheepskin)

So, please ask any questions you may have. I will be happy to answer. I will take some more pics tomorrow.

What you see on the coil cable connector is a little overspray. No cracks or wear. Look at the coil bottom without the coil cover. Shiny as new!

Thanks - Mike
