That's neat! so you were shorted $10 but gained 10 silver dimes, not bad considering the circumstances. How did the rest of the rolls turn out?

I wasn't shorted, everything added up; the total take was 10 silvers out of $850; with 3 rolls holding two silvers each.

My average for 2014 so far is 1/$170, with $2380 searched (cwr dimes).

I've never seen those type rolls before. I would be psyched if I saw them thinking old school rolls.

That is a great average. I am like 1/$475 with a lot of dimes searched :P

Nice, never seen the $3 rolls:thumbsup:

You weren't short of each roll had $3 in each, and you paid $3 each, not $5.

Started cussing when I dumped $850 in rolled cwr from the bag, and saw these. My first thought was shorts!:BangHead: Well, they were, sort of lol. Not a bad haul tho in the end.:headbang:

:coffee2: That was a nice haul getting 10 silvers. I've never heard of a $3 dime roll before. That's cool in itself. Those 5 rolls equals $15 so I guess the rest was $835 in $5 rolls.

Never seen 3$ in dimes before. Only seen 25cents in pennies.
Probably from the 40's or the 50's.

this, this is unheard of. $3 dime rolls. im going out on a limb here (not the coins within the rolls) and I'm going to say, these rolls are from the 1930s. dawgs, these rolls are probably more collectable than the coins

True that

I have seen 5$ quarter rolls before. I saw them sitting on the counter at the bank. When I asked about them the teller said they were spoken for. I still asked to hold one just to check the dates. They were banked wrapped rolls of 1967 quarters. Green and white wrapped. I didn't want them but thought they were cool

I have found 1 $3.00 dime roll in Seattle. It was a skunk.

I remember rolls of $20 halves back about 2008...one being 3/4 filled w/90 and 40%...ahhhh, the good old days.

Ive found a 3$ dime roll, it was alot more modern looking, and real similiar to the normal dime wraps...

Skunked :P
