It's copper, it was found i a creek pretty far from any houses, and that's just about all we know!lol

Can you get closer to the bottom; looks like a stamp next to the large orange spot.

Does it have 3 holes, or just two. 3, TomPA has it, 2 I go with Creskol's ID.

I don't think it's a cup. It looks more like a cap, cover or a final that had something mounted on top of it.
