Yes well , old maps show that there was 3 a guy I've been talking to asked the same thing .and showed him the old map. He has a theory it's clan related another fellow feels it Templar related, I'm just curious if it's treasure related lmfaoDoes that happen to be located near an old mill ?
The one guy I was talking to was pretty excited to see these markings found out from him that he discovered petroglyphs in Pickens sc , called the Hagood mills petroglyphs.No....but a cool find for sure. Check with the guys on the Native American Artifacts forum or even the Treasure Hunters forum. Welcome to TNet!
Yeah I'm seeing that lol, as a treasure hunter your always hoping to find that one thing no one else has found and hopefully this is one of those things lol, the one guy said there should be more markings but I haven't been back to the site yet when I get a day off I will, plus making arrangements with these 2 researchers to take them to the site and get their professional opinions on it so there will be more to come , so till then keep yalls eyes open to the rocks lolIntriguing find you discovered!
Thank you, lol idk I saw the cross first and my heart started beating real fast then looked at the other rock and saw what I thought was a map of the river till one of the replys said it was a skull and cross bones and I'm like no way, he's like rotate the picture so I did and sure enough it was...lolThat is an amazing discovery! (maybe Templar...lol kidding)
What is your plan of action on this? It's too intriguing to do nothing IMO. But I don't know what your options could be. keep us postedThank you, lol idk I saw the cross first and my heart started beating real fast then looked at the other rock and saw what I thought was a map of the river till one of the replys said it was a skull and cross bones and I'm like no way, he's like rotate the picture so I did and sure enough it was...lol
Thank you , um well getting it verified for one so I invited a guy who got credit for discovering petroglyphs in Pickens sc. And has documented alot of those which can be found all the way from table rock all the way down to the hagood mills which has the pacolte river running thru , I'm like lol nah this is closer to town and he like I'd like to see this cuz it might not be documented. What is your plan of action on this? Awe, thanks yeah we have one whole street devoted to every musician that came from here .. but trying not to get my hopes up, I'll let the researchers do their thing , I do have one question.... someone here and on my Facebook asked a certain question.... and that question was " is it near a mill" and yes it is . I've been pondering that question for hours now and I think I have an answer.. yall asking cuz you think it's a door mat .. good mill ... bad mill , underground railroad kinda stuff ?Kevwarr, a Big Welcome to You to the Forum from Georgia. Those were some interesting discoveries you made atop of the rocks. Best of luck to you in finding out just what these are. I see you are from Spartanburg, S.C., Home of the Marshall Tucker Band. I was a big fan back in the day. They were truly a great band and put out some great music. Best of luck to you.
Unless it was also someone else that asked you this same question it was me that asked you this here on this thread in post #3.Awe, thanks yeah we have one whole street devoted to every musician that came from here .. but trying not to get my hopes up, I'll let the researchers do their thing , I do have one question.... someone here and on my Facebook asked a certain question.... and that question was " is it near a mill" and yes it is .
