✅ SOLVED OK Levi Strauss Collectors...Age Estimate?

Found this rivet next to a 19th foundation rather deep (~6"); all other finds this deep near the foundation have been Barber dimes, Indian Heads, and older jewelry. I have a hunch it's relatively modern since it's also near where hobos have set up a tent city. Any thoughts? Thank you.

My ole' lady has several pairs (around 10 pair?) of Levi's she bought new back in the 70's that have the red stitching and are in mint condition in some totes in the closet that are supposedly worth a lot of moola. At this point, it might be my retirement!
