Ok.. decide for me - I cant

Ok.. decide for me - I can't

I have done my research but am real bent over which one to get... I have 1000 bux to drop on a new detector (It is time to replace the Fisher)..

It is either the DFX or the Minelab EX II. I have spent many a hour researching and comparing them, but can't decide...

Does anyone have both and can give me a better idea of what you like and dislike about them?

man it is hard to choose between those two. i have decided on the minelab because not only does it give you a conductivity id number but also a ferrous number as well.it gives you just a little bit more info than the dfx. i hear it goes deeper too but i have only heard that.either way its hard to lose choosing between two of the best!
