Why do you think it's from Indiana? I see no large lake or larger in Lanesville, Indiana.
Seems more realistic to believe it's a scene from Lanesville, Mass.; an area adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean.

Thank you both for the response. You are correct. It definitely makes more sense. I made the mistake of going by the first search result in Google. I've looked of some pictures of that coastal town, and there is a lot of resemblance to my painting. I appreciate the keen observation!

Lanesville, Mass. is a village in Gloucester, Mass.
You might try art shops in Gloucester for your answer.
Another potential source for your answer might be the Cape Ann Museum in Gloucester:

Otto Kurth? Says they travelled. Died in the '60's. Painted other water scenes.

Thank you Mackaydon and 2MN. I appreciate your time, feedback, and research! You are correct on the last name being Kurth. I had it as Kulth, but there is nothing on Kulth. I was mistaking the R for an L. I looked at your link and painting, and the signature is very, very similar, if not identical. I also looked at other paintings, and signatures, and work leading me to be very confident that my painting is an Otto J. Kurth. y research will continue, again, thank you for your time and help.
