Oil Less Turkey Fryer

It's called "roasting"

Oilless frying is like dehydrated water.

I have a CharBroil propane "infra red" grill and yes, it works very well. But it's just indirect roasting no matter what the marketing types claim. The Turkey pot is just the same idea but in a less versatile format, though it does 360° around the bird. As far as versatile? What else do you normally cook 20 to 25 pounds of at one time?
