Let her take the 5th, that in itself speaks volumes. You only take the 5th because your lawyer feels you have commited a crime. They can grant her immunity to reveal what she knows and the 5th will not matter then, refuse to talk and then your in contempt of court or in this case congress and they can put you in jail... After about 90 days in county jail see how she feels about talking....
