You know, when I worked in the petrochemical division of Brown & Root back in the 1970's at Shell's Norco, LA refinery, there was a small independent refinery across the road from us.
The name of that refinery was "The Good Hope Refinery" (not a joke, was the real name ... dated back to the 1940's).
Through mismanagement and disrepair it became a very dangerous place. The locals eventually began calling it "The No-Hope Refinery".
Kinda reminds me of Zerocare. Through mismanagement, cronyism, and ignorance it has become the modern day incarnation of "The No-Hope Refinery".
Maybe that's why I'm generally tempted to type in "nohealthcare.gov" when I go there to try to finish my application which was started on October 1, 2013.
