Off centered 1976 2$ Bill PICTURE

I found an off centered 1976 2$ Bill yesterday and I am curious on what it might be worth. Ebay seems to suggest any where form $25 to $100 but I figured I would ask some of the experts.

If it matters you can start to see the ink of the next bill on the sheet in the lower left hand corner.

It might have been cut out of a BEP uncut sheet, the numbers have to be checked.It still has some border at the top...cool but not a printing error....
