First ..if the coins were recovered 20 miles off of the coast of Cornwall it would have been senseless to then ship them 1000 miles south to Gibraltar (which is also British owned) just to fly them out to Tampa when either Gatwick or Heathrow Airports at London were less than 200 miles away. Thus, one must assume the items were actually found closer to Gibraltar, ie; Near mother Spain herself.
Meanwhile, regardless of the legal outcome and who ultimately gets to keep the coins, the recent rapid upswing in Odyssey stock following the news release and the subsequent quick dumping of large numbers of shares by certain persons unknown has netted the real millions in this equation. For some it is a no loose situation which ever way the coins fall. P
