Oddly counterstamped copper

Do these stamps make any sense to anyone? Or is it just some early 1800's kid trying out his hammer and punch set? Also, if anyone notices any identifying marks that would type this coin, I would be indebted. Size of a large cent.

some store owners/ or other merchants would
counter stamp copper coins - usually worn ones so that they could be used
and accepted at their business - plus it is a cheap way of advertising
yours could be one of those or could be some guy playing with
a die press
some counter stamps can be very collectable

Probably a Geo Halfpenny. Lots of 'H' s on both sides, although something different in the middle of 1 side. Looks more like someone practicing than a normal shop counterstamped piece.
