WELL I FOUND A WEB SITE THAT SELLS WICCAN ITEMS AND I EMAILED A PHOTO THE WROTE BACK THAT THEY DO NOT THINK THAT IT IS A WICCAN RUNES ITEM AT ALL AND TOLD ME GOOD LUCK ON GETTING IT I.D.

Well whoever answered you was wrong...probally a goth want to be ...The twelve symbols are the rune symbols for power.....Wicca and their associated covens have borrowed from the Celtic runes for centuries.
Now if you want to know what each rune symbol represents there are l a hundred websites that translate them....
Twelve together....as the twelve knights of the round table...hold power...

Thank you Cyn, I think my mother had a few of her books back in the late 60's-early 70's, maybe thats why her name seems somehow familiar. My mom was into witchcraft, astrology, etc back then. I'll have to ask her if she knows of her.
