Odd Fellows identification medallion

I found this Odd Fellows fraternal medallion Saturday in Delta, Louisiana.
I'm trying to find out a date on this piece.
The medallion has imprinted on it:
Perry Ellis
Lodge No. 5668
Delta, LA

The town of Delta is now only a community of about 230 people. The lodge does not exist as far as I can tell. Does anybody know how I can find out more about when this lodge operated? That way I might can find out a date on this piece.

I found the family name Ellis on the Madison Parish census rolls, but no one named Perry.


I checked from 1870 - 1940.


I did find Percy on the 1940. He is 27 y.o.


Your tag looks older than that. I would say turn of the 20th C.


Can we get a better picture? Both sides?

Strikes me as a very high number for an Odd Fellows lodge.
In a quick search I find the same pattern of fob/tag online from the 1890's-1930's.

Not necessarily. The Sandy Springs Maryland lodge is # 6430. They built their hall in the 1920's.
