odd comb??

i found this near a bush in my yard. it rang up as silver i believe... its about 2 inches in diameter
it looks like some sort of comb. no details on it as far as i can tell... any idea if it is a comb and what it would be used for??

It's a frog. Don't kiss it that's not the Prince in hiding kind.

It's a flower frog. It goes in the bottom of a vase with the pointy side up. Then you stick the flower stems onto the spikes so that the arrangement stays in place. It should be lead but they are often made of other pot metals. They were also made of glass & pottery.
