Odd Bullet

Here is a really odd bullet. I can't determine if this one is carved or was made that way. Looking at it under magnification it doesn't show marks you would expect to see from carving. What do you guys think?

This almost looks as if it could be a whale or a fish piece by looking at the bullets point. Not necessarily carved, but slicing the soft lead for the effect. This would still be considered a carved piece if that is what it is. Cool looking find and bullet.
