I found this object behind culpeper va court house after clearing some tree's along with about 30 washington arsenal forged bullets with star stamps ,the object in question stands 10 inches tall has threads top and botton ,center has six sides top is 1 1/2 inches botton is 2 1/2 inches ,inside is lines with what appears to be a blue cobalt glass shape like a hour glass wide to small then back to wide all the way down the shaft ,at the top below the threads has gold melted to it as it added as a weight and below that it has writting which appears to be US but hard to read .
