ERT pulses high voltage current through the soil and uses electrodes at the surface or in boreholes to measure for any anomalies

Re: Oak Island's Money Pit Treasure

There is something that Oak Island treasure hunters may want to read about on the Dutchman's Forum. Look at "The Tumlinson Stones". I would encourage you guys to keep going on Oak Island!
I believe that you are on to something....

I caught wind of this via a T.V. show recently. Did some internet research. Interesting story to say the least!

Re: Oak Island's Money Pit Treasure

I've been dying to ask this, and this seems like as good a post as any -

Are people allowed to treasure hunt on Oak Island anymore? Perhaps I've been reading outdated stuff, but from what I understand it requires some sort of license / formal permission, and a certain percentage of findings must be paid in royalties?

If people are still allowed, I want to go sometime...
