First off WELCOME to TreasureNet.
Interesting rocks you have there, but I know nothing about rocks.
Most of mine have fallen out of my head...
You might get better answers at Rocks/Gems

Welcome to TNet! IMHO, from the pics, I really don't see much in the way of Agate except the possibility of some Milk Agate. I see fairly common Quartz, Quartz Crystals, Chert and what appears to be Ironstone. I am sure that there are more I just can't identify. To be honest, the rocks look ripe for crushing and panning for Gold because these are some of the rocks that Gold Prospectors hope to find.

those agates are very common where you are. all of northeren NV was covered by lava flows over exisiting a much much older igneous rock foundation. small lava cones are all over if you know what to look for. your agates were made at the same time as all the jasper inclusions were too. they are just filled remnants of gas bubbles left in the flows. yours are a form of chaldedony.
