Hit a bunch of community sales with my buds. Found a Nutone intercom, used, but in very nice shape, in the box, with the instructions. Also included was a doorbell intercom hook up. Paid all of $4 for the pair. Sold the doorbell for $92.99 and the intercom is up for sale now for $600. Beautiful day in the neighborhood...

Whoa! Going to have to look this one up.

Nice find!

It's funny ... my wife just found an old NuTone Concord Doorbell Chime in her parents' basement. They wanted to sell at our yard sale and I pulled it out to check on it's value. Looked new in the box. Can't find that exact one for sale anywhere, but some of them go for big money (although I'm assuming this is a cheaper model of theirs).

Sold a NuTone doorbell chime for about $150 a couple years ago. I learned about them after selling. NuTone blender cooking kit for $500 a few months before. For midcentury homeowners, that is THE brand to have in your home.

The interesting thing about mine is that the box had a UPC symbol on it. That's like the 1980's...
