They appear to be real nuggets. Nice find hopefully super cheap. I would post it in the miners area to get an idea if the nuggets still have any value as a gem after they have been soldered? As a piece of jewelry it is scrap value plus anything you can get over that amount. Breaking it apart for the nuggets may be the way to go But I don't know for sure.

Wow..awesome score! You should post this in the new thrift store forum. Some of those guys might have an idea of value over melt. Too bad gold is so low right now compared to a few years ago. I would start at $2200 and lower price by $100 until you get a buyer.

I agree! If the nuggets are genuine and the chain 14k or better, then you can probably get $2,200 or better for it mainly because of the Gold nuggets.
