Here is a quick shot of the ring he made for my Wife. The slab is from the "16 to 1" gold mine, and the body is Motherload placer. :skullflag:

Terry, those are the types of pictures I was hoping people would post up. Great stuff!
On a related topic. I saw some slabbed gold that was found on the slopes of the Quartz Hill Mine (on Scott River). It was black quartz laced with gold. Very impressive to say the least.

Keep the pictures coming...I know there are some old timers out there with some neat bolo ties, or belt buckles with nuggets.
