nude beach loot

got out yesterday the water was rough and after getting bounced around for about 20 minutes I decided it was time to hit the wet & dry stuff.
I have always wondered if the nude beach was worth the effort so I decided to try it out.(sorry no pics. family forum and all)
IT really amazed me how much stuff naked folks loose.
I didnt find any gold or silver but I did get $11.96 in clad, a hot wheel car, some junk jewelery,and a funky fake leapordskin ciggerett case with a couple of them "left-handed" ciggeretts" in it.

what was really amazing to me was the ratio of trash to coins I didnt bother to count every thing but if you look at the pics you will see its about 50/50 who'd a thunk it?
It was a bit unusual but alot of fun . Think I'll go back there on a calm day and see whats in the water.

thats one of the questions that kept me from trying this beach before
heres the answer
for privacy there is a large area of dunes, seaoats, and seagrapes between the beach and the road.
parking is on the other side of the road and access is through a tunnel then a narrow walkway through the dunes.
clothing is required until you hit the sand so where they strip down you get pocket spills
there are also concession stands and a beach chair/umbrela rental (cash only)
so these folks do carry money

I didnt figure that people that wanted that all-over tan would want little white stripes from rings and such but they wear alot of jewelery there.

Sounds like a Sienfeld joke.He said if he was going to a nudist
colony ,he at least wanted a belt with pockets on either side.

my company sent me and my helper to a nudist colony outside of Orlando,fl, to do some building repairs and didn't tell me that it was a nudist colony. my contact was the maintenance man he came walking up with just a tool belt on. that was a good laugh

I used to know a guy who DJ'd at the Kissimmee Nudist colony and I mentioned detecting in there. He made the same comment "Where'd they keep the money?". And I told him not all treasure is money, they wear jewelry, right? So he took his detector out there and found a handful of gold rings and a thick rope gold necklace in the volleyball court. Nudist Resort pay if you can get the permission to hunt it from the owners and from your wife, lol .
