Dug these yesterday. Beautiful day to go hunting after the surprise snowstorm we had last weekend--all 12" melted.
Do not know how much longer I will be able to get out there. This may be the last decent find I will be able to post for this year as Old Man
Winter closes in.
Anyhoo, I took advantage of the Fall Season to smack an area I believed would have had some old coins dropped upon it over the years.
Turns out I was right. Truthfully, I could not stop digging clad and I have a nice sized blister to show for. The amount of quarters surprised
me.
Got these in the wooded area of an old grove along some old paths that to the Summer-eye would not even be visible. I only wish I had a bit more time to have kept at it.
It was a kid-free day, so I was not pinned down to the general park areas and the like. My better days are when I have the day to myself and am able to plan a little with some more
time on hand.

Good Job on the Silver and clad count, :icon_thumright: ! Its nice popping quarters out, the dollars add up a lot quicker, :headbang: !

Nice hunt, you found almost the same thing I did my last hunt.

Thx man!

Yes, I only wish I had more time there as I am sure I would have grabbed a few more.
It will be tough to get back before the weather turns--if not I will give it a go in the Spring.

I have been hoarding clad lately. No rings popping up for almost 2 months now. Weird how it goes in cycles.
