Notary Public Stamp from late 1800's

Sorry about the bad pic, i tried a few times and couldn't get a good one.

This is a Notary Public stamp piece for a Guy Named J.D. Brumbaugh from Marshall County K.T. (Kansas Territory). after checking Google, Mr. Brumbaugh's assignment as a notary public is the oldest written record in county history (1865).

it's in pretty good condition and you can read all the letters except for a rock chip in the I in Merrysville (the city name).

just wondering if it's worth anything and or who might be interested in it.

Thanks for any input you might have.

i found it in Lexington, MO -- not sure how it made the journey there, but that's where it must have been sitting for a long long time.

Brumbaugh as a lawyer was asked to defend Wild Bill regarding criminal charges stemming from the incident at rock creek. there is a record of bill himself asking brumbaugh to defend him, but no record of who was council for either state or defendant.
