I think I got matching cufflinks from one of my work sites. It appears to be from styles online

Those look to be convertible top snaps or similar and you have both pieces on each one.
Have you tried to pull apart?
Also, a coin in the pic would give us better idea of size. My guess is they are too small for cufflinks.

They won't pull apart or at least without trying to break them. One of the has a few letters going around the outer edge I know there's a Y on one of them but it's hard to make the others out
