not the best weekend

This weekend was one of my worst in my short CRH history. I still got.
2- bens
2 - 90% JFK
4 - 40% JFK

out of two sealed boxes.

I did get a happy surprise half way through my first box. I knew this roll would have silver in it.


Here is a pic of Ben, the reason I also took a pic of a common clad is this coin was right next to Ben and it is one of my marked coins. I am starting to get my marked coins back. Out of $1000 I got about 20-30 coins back this weekend.


This is the tray I built to hold my coins nice and straight while I put my mark on them.


This last pic is one mark I have never seen before.


Also I got several rolls where every coin was marked with 7 thin black lines along the edge. Reminded me of casino chips.

I guess I am spoiled because I have never gotten a skunk yet so this is just a little stinker.

Wow, that would be a great weekend for me. I've been skunked my last 7 boxes. Finding 2 Franklins alone would make me very happy. I hope you keep having this great luck.

Yeah, I'm with the guys too. It's hard to feel sorry when you did get eight (silver) keepers, including two Franklins, out of your two boxes. I haven't totaled eight (silver) keepers from any two sealed boxes in a while now.

Enjoy them, for they are eight more than you had the day before.

I know I am a bit spoiled. But I am a pessimist. Ask me if a glass is half full or half empty and I am sure you will know the answer.
