Not sure what these are: Tea kettle whistle?

Top photo - the two items on the left.
The top one is copper, or possibly brass.
I THINK it may be a tea kettle whistle.

The other, nobular thinggy is heavy, filled with lead.

And, Oh! The cheap thrill I got thinking it was a '64 quarter!
Ahh, but only a '65 - oh well, I will rework the belt buckle
to hold my pants up.

Any input would be appreciated on the ID.

The nobular lead filled thingy ;D looks like a deformed bullet, copper jacket with a lead core, .45 ACP caliber? Hope that helps some

I found some of those brass thingys at the air base i think maybe for fire sprinklers. ???
