Not sure on this one. Found it while detecting

The item seems to be made of brass. It was some nice shiny spots, has a flat head set screw in the middle and looks like it opens up to the bottom side. It also has 35 engraved in it.
Any ideas? Thanks guys

its part of a grounding block for an electrical service panel I believe

Makes sense. Set screw to hold ground wire from the bottom.
